Our products are manufactured in China. Depending on your location, we will ship from one of our three warehouses in United States, Australia, and Spain.
In case you're not satisfied with our product, raise a return request within 15 days of receipt via email. No returns will be accepted after the 15 days window has expired. Only defective or unused products are eligible for return/exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake. You can get 100% refund after we receive and check the return product from shipper.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 to 5 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
